Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ProfitPeek (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The service
ProfitPeek calculates estimated profit metrics for your Shopify store based on data from Shopify and the costs you provide. The figures are decision-support estimates, not accounting, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying numbers used for official accounting or tax purposes.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cost data you enter.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system at the price shown at signup. Plans renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or by uninstalling; Shopify's billing terms apply to charges and refunds.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
